Dearden is looking for one or two exceptional people to join our successfully consultancy.
We are looking for people who have senior management experience in health and social care, and who have the skills and attitude to succeed in a highly competitive and demanding environment. In particular individuals must be able to demonstrate an exceptional track record of achievement in a senior role, and provide confidence that they have the self-awareness, tenacity and resilience to develop effective relations with a wide network of clients.
We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with specialist HR or service redesign expertise. In return we can offer individuals the opportunity to work as part of a successful and supportive team in an environment of learning, tremendous freedom coupled with real responsibility.
The salary is commensurate with a senior role and includes participation in a share incentive scheme and the prospects of being a director with the company within one year.
