Annabel Goodwin
Annabel is a Consultant with Dearden Search and Selection and has a background as a Senior Nurse in the NHS. Her work includes assessment and recruitment assignments, including search, for NHS Directors and senior managers.
Sarah Banton
Sarah is a Director of Dearden Search and Selection. With a background in NHS general management and psychology, Sarah leads a range of search and selection assignments, including whole system assessment processes.
Viv Walton
Viv is the founding Director of Dearden Search and Selection and works with Chairs, Chief Executives and Directors of Human Resources to recruit Directors and Senior Managers to healthcare organisations.
Cathy Waters - Associate
Cathy joined the NHS as an auxiliary nurse in 1979, before training as a nurse, midwife and health visitor. Cathy has over 28 years experience in the NHS as a clinician and a manager.
Derek Emm - Associate
Derek's career spans all aspects of managing health care delivery. His NHS career has encompassed commissioning, operational management and strategic planning at senior management and board level.
Ken Jarrold CBE - Associate
Ken enjoys working with people one to one and with Chairs, Chief Executives and management teams to provide coaching, career advice and Action Learning.
Mark Gammage - Associate
Mark's consultancy work spans human resource management coaching, leadership, organisation development, and workforce planning, development and redesign.
Peter Key - Associate
Peter's consultancy practice covers all aspects of organisational development, but he has a particular interest in service redesign, strategy development, team building and coaching.
Philip Holton - Associate
Philip's consultancy work spans coaching, leadership, organisation development, action learning and the management and delivery of sustainable change.
Sheila Williamson - Associate
Sheila has a particular interest in working with clinicians to recognise and understand processes for change. She has worked extensively with health care teams using process redesign methodology.
Steve Griffin - Associate
Steve is a trained coach having recently gained the Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of Strathclyde in conjunction with the NHS Institute.
