AREAS OF INTEREST
Viv is the founding Director of Dearden Search and Selection and works with Chairs, Chief Executives and Directors of Human Resources to recruit Directors and Senior Managers to healthcare organisations. Dearden Search and Selection provides a full recruitment service including executive search, and Viv designs and leads selection services. She is qualified to use a wide range of ability and personality instruments, including MBTI, OPQ32 and 16PF.
She also loves to coach, and specialises in career coaching and helping people to prepare for interview. In addition she works with top teams on aspects of personal and team development.
CAREER HISTORY
Prior to joining Dearden to establish Search and Selection in 1999, Viv was Managing Director of a medical recruitment company. Her first career was in the NHS as a general manager.

She coaches a number of clients who work in the NHS and other health related organisations. Viv is studying for a degree in Psychology and is Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner.
Viv is married with two adult daughters a granddaughter and enjoys horse riding.
