Annabel is a Consultant with Dearden Search and Selection and has a background as a Senior Nurse in the NHS. Her work includes assessment and recruitment assignments, including search, for NHS Directors and senior managers and she has particular expertise in nursing and other clinical specialities.
Her experience includes competency based interviewing; assessment for the development of executive and Non-Executive Directors and assessment for recruitment.
